Engaging young people through art

Term classes for after school with Nikki Allen

Engaging young people through art

At Kuoni Creative, we have a passion for art and a passion for bringing people together to enjoy the process of creating artwork. We love the idea of nurturing creativity in a world that is increasingly digitally-dominated. We want to maintain the importance of art and the importance of creativity to encourage the many benefits that this activity has on well-being; self-satisfaction; engagement with the world around us; as well as the many therapeutic, mind-balancing benefits to be had.

As such, we’re thoroughly enjoying the process and progress of our current art workshops, hosted by Nikki Allen these school holidays. It’s encouraging to see young people engaged and connected through art and creativity and to see their enjoyment throughout the workshop, from the beginning to the completion of their art pieces. Below are some photographs from the ‘Drawing Faces’¬†workshop.
